Refund policy

We accept returns only when an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Contact us on WhatsApp at +962 79 131 9913 within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo of the item. Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or refund the amount you paid for it.

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care, skin-care and supplement products cannot be returned.
